Insanity please started life in 1998,on a school bus-Me and my friend used to make up things involving a mixture of final fantasy 7,south park and a little bit of punk rock.It usually ended with shinra (who where like the nazis in a way) killing kenny and acting very stupid.I started to make insanity please comics out of boredom,but they where very stupid and didnt really introduce the characters much,they also had cameos by the great train robber ronnie biggs,who looked nothing like he actually does..oh well

It wasnt until 2000 that insanity please was brought to a bigger audience,as an online comic strip! (and a few dodgy gifs),Gone was the south park refrences and instead it was now more of a cross between FF6,FF7 with some punk and a lot of violence,the shinra being more like 'the party' from 1984

It also had my own interpretations of the characters,that strip there has kefka,who wasnt a clown in it but a cold cyborg general,and terra who wasnt a lost confused person but more of a slightly stupid and 'not thinking it out' character.The story centered around the returners (FF6) fighting the shinra (FF7) on the FF7 planet,which had the towns of FF6 placed into it at convenient places,and even overlapping (Vector and junon where the same place...a huge metal fortress in a military base/seaside resort with guns),finally the towns had a bit of realism put into them,IE they where a lot bigger than a few streets,and all of them had a touch of modern england placed in them.Also i added a few locations that where totally my own,such as 'Castle hopenstien',where they meet the disgraced general celes (Who,unlike in the game,was a battle hardened take-no-shit veteran with amazing combat skills and strengh)

Anyway,the strip was originally planned to show the slow sturggle against the shinra and gradully the returners would win the fight,and the RPG would tell this story.But the i started to run out of things to put in the comic,and on the 25th of may 2001 it was finally killed off for good,still it ran for a long time (225 issues) and my drawing style improved greatly during that time (But still is crap)
