Uploaded the first version

New sections to the site added, such as the warning page (the total criminal record of the 'good guys' so far…), The News page, And most importantly, the first few pages of the comic!

Site was integrated into the new Felney site design, which is not even online yet XD, there will be no more updates on this page, instead anything relating to QAF classic will be posted on the main news page
